Energypac Power Generation Ltd (EPGL) has recently signed an agreement with Meghna Petroleum Ltd to enable autogas facility and install filling-related equipment at the filling stations under Meghna Petroleum Ltd. The agreement is expected to augment the technological upshift and efficiency for the two companies. The service will be provided by G-Gas LPG of Energypac.
Humayun Rashid, Managing Director & CEO of EPGL and Mir Saifullah-Al-Khaled, Managing Director of Meghna Petroleum Ltd signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at an event held at the Meghna Petroleum office in ‘Meghna Bhaban,’ 131 Motijheel Commercial Area, Dhaka.
Other respected higher officials from both the organizations, including Md. Jasim Uddin, General Manager (Marketing) of Meghna Petroleum and Abu Sayeed Raza, General Manager and Business Head of G-Gas LPG, Energypac, were also present at the event.
Autogas is a liquefied petroleum gas, which is very popular and appreciated across the world as a transportation fuel. It also sees increasing popularity in Bangladesh as the safest and environment-friendly fuel. The Government of Bangladesh is consistently encouraging the use of Autogas in the country.
